KATHMANDU, Nov 9: The police have arrested a man who was absconding after allegedly killing a woman twenty years ago in Jaluke of Arghakhanchi.
Chief of the District Police Office, Deputy Superintendent of Police Pratith Singh Rathore said that Keshlal Gharti, a resident of Rolpa Village, who was absconding after reportedly killing 45-year-old Nanda Gharti of formerly named Jaluke VDC-6 and now Sitganga Municipality-8 on February 25, 2004 was arrested by the police after 20 years.

A police team deployed from the Thada Area Police Office arrested him after it was found that he was hiding in Sunchhahari Rural Municipality-3 of Rolpa.
Keshav killed Nanda after threatening for money when there was no one in the house. According to the police, the district court has extended the duration for the investigation against him.
