KATHMANDU, July 2: As the whole country is experiencing active monsoon since Saturday, the usage of raincoats could be seen in increasing number in Kathmandu. Mainly, the two-wheeler riders are seen heading to their respective destinations wearing raincoats trying to protect themselves from the incessant downpour. However, pedestrians have also started using transparent raincoats rather umbrellas.
