Sandhya Kc bags ‘Super plus Size Model Nepal 2019’

Sandhya KC was crowned ‘Super plus Size Model Nepal 2019’ amid a special program organized at the premises of National Cultural Cooperation (Rastriya Naach Ghar). The pageant was held under the banner of womania and organized by model songs was dedicated for plus-sized females. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nepal Salt Trading, Urmila Shrestha was the chief guest of the event, The pageant was judged by singer Sitaram Pokhrel, actor Sushma Karki, choreographer Gajit Bista, beauty entrepreneur Rekha Modi, director Yogesh Ghimire, and social worker Sharmila Subba.

Apart from the title KC bagged cash prize of Rs 50,000 along with various gift hampers. Likewise, she got an opportunity to participate in an international pageant ‘Top of the World plus Size 2019’.


Meanwhile, Neha Giri and Aasha Chaudhari grasped the position of first and second runner-up. Giri got cash prize of Rs 30,000 and will be representing Nepal in ‘World Top Size 2019’. Whereas, Chaudhari bagged Rs 20,000 along with various gift hampers.



Priyanka Bothra from the organizing committee stated that the event is organized with an aim to encourage and to provide a platform for plus-size women. Participants of the competition were trained under various categories including physical fitness, photo session and personal development.
