The KMC on Thursday decided to allow the schools to run physical classes. The KMC, in a notice, has requested schools to operate physical classes following health safety standards.
Schools are required to sanitize classrooms and make wearing a mask mandatory. “If any student, teacher or worker faces health problems, the schools should let them stay home,” the notice reads. “Teachers, staffers, school bus drivers, conductors or any other staffers who come in direct contact with students should be vaccinated.” If they are yet to be vaccinated, the KMC has requested them to come in contact with the KMC, Health Department.
