KATHMANDU, Nov 8: A 22-year-old man was killed in a road accident in Bhaktapur along the Sallaghari-Tinkune road section on Wednesday.
The accident took place when a scooter, Ba 79 Pa 176, hit a parked bus, Ba3 Kha 3789, at around 7:30 pm in the evening.
The deceased has been identified as Surya Yonjon, of Ramechhap district. Yonjon died while undergoing treatment at Bhaktapur Hospital.
Police have impounded the bus and taken the driver into custody.
