NUWAKOT, Mar 3: Chief Minister of the Province No. 3 Dormani Poudel has said that service delivery to the general people, work execution and lawmaking tasks were affected due to lack of officials.
At an interaction program in Bidur of Nuwakot district today, the chief minister said that attempts were made to make them failure by not sending the civil servants in the province and local level from the central. "It's been 10 months since the establishment of the local level. Lack of officials has been a major challenge for the formation of the provincial government," he added.
‘Budget implementation stalled for lack of officials’
"We have not understood why the central government has turned a deaf ear despite written and verbal notices seeking government officials," he shared.
He, however, said that the relations between the province and local level should be harmonious to foil the attempts made by the central government and officials to make them a failure.
Chief Minister Poudel also urged the people's representatives to formulate a budget based on the planning and necessity.
On the occasion, Physical Planning and Infrastructure Minister for the Province No. 3 Keshav Sthapit asked the local levels to implement the rights and exhibit good character.
Province lawmakers Badri Mainali, Keshav Pandey, Asha Maya Lama, Chief of the District Coordination Committee of Nuwakot Shantamaya Tamang and others shared the future strategies of the district. RSS
