LONDON, April 27: A special screening program of a documentary movie based on the massive earthquake of 2015 was organized at the British parliament.
To mark the second anniversary of the massive earthquake in 2015, the special screening of the highly acclaimed Nepali documentary ‘Bhagyale Bachekaharu’ was organized in the British parliament, which is the first event of its own kind to take place in the British parliament.
With the joint effort of Scotish MP Stephens Gethins, CEO of The Little Sherpa Foundation and famous photographer James Lamb, honorary ambassador of Nepal tourism Board Pashupati Bhandari and Executive Director of UK-Nepal Friendship Society Alan Mercel-Sanca, the screening was organized on Monday.

“We are always ready to help the victims of the earthquake. I would like to request all stakeholders to help the victims”, said MP Gethins during the program.
Speaking at the same program, director of the documentary, Ganesh Pandey expressed his gratitude to the British government and British people for their support and help during and after the earthquake.
Officials from various departments, representatives from the Nepali Embassy in London and Nepali organizations were present during the program.
