KATHMANDU, April 4: Prime Minister and Chairman of the CPN (Maoist-Centre) Pushpa Kamal Dahal said the major agenda before the State is holding the local level election successfully.

"Successful local level election is the Maoist Centre's victory. It's people's victory in deed," he said, adding that it is however secondary who wins the election.

PM Dahal was saying this while addressing an orientation programme of the National Federation of Indigenous Nationalities Province No 3 at his party office on Tuesday.

According to him, the new constitution has institutionalized the agenda the Maoist party carried since the revolution as federalism, republic, democracy, inclusiveness, proportional representation. So, successful election is imperative to implement the constitution, the PM added.
