Ward offices padlocked in Dadeldhura, suspicious objects found

Dadeldhura, July 7: An unidentified group has padlocked offices of ward no 5, 7, 9 and 10 in Parshuram rural municipality of Dadeldhura district, district authorities said.

Chief of ward no 9 of Parshuram rural municipality, Ramesh Bohara told Republica Online that suspicious objects wrapped in plastic bags were found placed in offices of ward 9 and 10.


A police team has been mobilized following the incident, according to Chief District Officer Raju Prasad Poudel. It was immediately not clear about those involved in the incident, officials said. "There could be involvement of cadres of Netra Bikram Chand-led group in the incident," said an official.
