MAHOTTARI, June 26: Police have arrested two persons on Sunday morning on the charge possessing arms illegally from Sripur-7 of the district.
The arrestees are Bikal Sah, 32, of Sripur-1 and Anabaru Hak, 28, of Sitamadhi district of India, Area Police Office, Gaushala said.
The police patrol team had become suspicious to find the two by the roadside at 2 am and decided to frisk them.

During the checking, police came across a pistol, a round of bullet, a rod and a knife in their possession, according to Inspector Shambhu Pokharel.
Preparations were underway to send them to Jaleshwor for necessary action, police said. RSS
