Two people missing

PARBAT, July 20: Dipendra Gaudel, an accountant at the Agriculture Development Bank's distict branch, Kushma has gone missing from his residence since July 6, family members said.

PARBAT, July 20: Dipendra Gaudel, an accountant at the Agriculture Development Bank's distict branch, Kushma has gone missing from his residence since July 6, family members said. 


He was last seen on July 5, when he came home from his office at 10:00 pm and they have not seen him from the next morning, according to family members.

"We searched for him almost everywhere but could not find him. We don't know why and how he went missing," Gaudel's son, Dipesh, told Republica. The family members including 83-year-old mother along with a wife and three sons are in great distress. 


Gaudel's family has lodged an application at the police stations seeking help to search for him.

  

Police inspector Madhukar Jung Bista informed that police have conducted searches as suspected places. However, police have yet to get any clue about his whereabouts. 


Meanwhile, Shanta Darji, 23, of Dhairing, Jaljala-7 of Parbat has also gone missing this week. She was traveling from her home to Pokhara Hospital to meet her sick husband.


Sante, her husband, reported that Shanta, who had boarded a Kathmandu-bound bus from Parbat, is illiterate and did not realize that she had reached Pokhara. She is still out of contact.
