KASKI, Aug 20: Two youths have died in a road accident that took place in Rupa rural municipality of Kaski district. The deceased have been identified as Krishna Gurung,29, and Ashok Gurung,24, of Dudh Pokhari Rural Municipality-6, Lamjung.
They died when a motorcycle (Pra. 3.02-009 Pa. 5205) that they were riding on their way to Rupatal from Pokhara Metropolitan City-32 met with an accident and fell around 90 meters off the road on Saturday evening, District Police Office Kaski said.

After the accident, the injured were rescued by the police and taken to the Western Regional Hospital for treatment. The doctor declared both of them dead upon arrival.
Meanwhile, police are investigating the cause of the fatal accident.
