Ujir Magar’s ‘Ansha’ published

KATHMANDU, June 20: A book written by journalist Ujir Magar has been published on Tuesday. Former Prime Minister and chairperson of CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal released the book entitled ‘Ansha’ amidst a special program in the capital.

KATHMANDU, June 20: A book written by journalist Ujir Magar has been published on Tuesday. Former Prime Minister and chairperson of CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal released the book entitled ‘Ansha’ amidst a special program in the capital.


Speaking at the function, former PM Dahal said that the book will help to reveal the facts of the incidents during the insurgency period. He claimed that the book will be informative tools for the upcoming generation to know about the Maoist insurgency citing the book has been prepared on basis of the 10-year long insurgency.

Speaking at the same program, journalist Yubaraj Ghimire said that writer has given priority on the importance of the news on its content rather than on its portfolio.


Likewise, journalist Narayan Wagle said that the book will be a good option in curriculum to learn the reporting during the insurgency.


Similarly, Guna Raj Luitel, chief editor of Nagarik Daily said that the book has incorporated historic events of the insurgency period. Chierperson of FNJ Mahendra Bista, Surya Thapa of CPN-UML and Govinda Acharya of Press Center highlighted various aspects of the book during the program.
