UML leads in Pokhara-Lekhnath

POKHARA, May 15: CPN-UML candidate Man Bahadur GC has taken lead in mayor post of Pokhara Metropolitan City. GC has received 51 votes so far while Nepali Congress candidate Ramjee Kunwar garnered 33 votes.

POKHARA, May 15: CPN-UML candidate Man Bahadur GC has taken lead in mayor post of Pokhara Metropolitan City. GC has received 51 votes so far while Nepali Congress candidate Ramjee Kunwar garnered 33 votes.


Likewise, Deputy-mayor candidate of CPN-UML Manju Gurung received 47 votes while Nepali Congress candidate Saraswati Gurung garnered 30 votes so far.

Meanwhile, Nepali Congress candidate Prakash Mohan Khanal has taken lead in Rupa Rural Municipalities for the position of Chairman in Kaski district. Khanal has received 208 votes while UML's Nabaraj Ojha got 73 votes so far.


UML has taken lead in Madi Rural Municipality. UML's candidate for Chairman Bed Bahadur Gurung received 665 votes while Nepali Congress candidate Devi Jung Gurung got 473 votes so far.
