UML wins chief in Devghat Rural Municipality

TANAHUN, May 16: UML candidate Durga Bahadur Thapa has been elected as the chief of Devghat Rural Municipality.

TANAHUN, May 16: UML candidate Durga Bahadur Thapa has been elected as the chief of Devghat Rural Municipality.

He has got 2879 votes while his closet rival Karna Bahadur Gurung got 2, 814 votes.


Similarly Nepali Congress candidate Bimala Thapa has been elected as deputy chief of the rural municipality by one vote. Her closest rival UML candidate Sabitri Neupane  got 2859 votes.
