KATHMANDU, Nov 16: The Election Commission (EC) has called upon all the voters to vote without fear, terror, intimidation or any kind of inducement.
Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya on Thursday appealed to all the voters to cast their votes without fear, terror, intimidation, threats or any kind of inducement.

He made it clear that all voters have the right to choose their representatives secretly and warned that the voters who participate in the voting process going against it will be dealt with according to the election law.
Chief Election Commissioner Thapaliya also warned that if the confidentiality of the marked ballot paper is breached, the ballot paper will not be counted.
