Madhav Prasad Bhattarai, a local of Shaligram-5, Hanumandanda who languished in a fragile hut for 16 months after earthquake, had initiated the construction of a new home but could not make his way due to water shortage.

He shared the nearby sources of water turned dry after couples of days of the earthquake.
