Gupta who came into contact with Regmi had been threatening her on various pretexts. The investigation on Dhakal’s murder case started when Koirala reported that his wife went missing from home since January 11, 2012, to the police.
The investigation started from January 12, 3012 through which Metropolitan Police Force Range in Kathmandu and Crime Research Department members came to a conclusion that Koirala was involved in the case.
