KATHMANDU, June 20: The producer and actor of a Nepali film 'Relation' has pledged cash prize for Nepali taekwondo player Nisha Rawal who has earned the wild card for the Summer Olympic Games to be held in Brazil.
But the cash prize comes with a price - Rawal has to win a bout in the game which is slated for August 5-11 in Rio de Janeiro to receive the cash prize.

"We will award Rawal Rs 100,000 for each bout won. The cash prize will be doubled by one fold the more bouts she wins," shared producer and actor Diwakar Don Maharjan.

The award has been announced to motivate her for the best performance in the international sport competition, according to Maharjan.
The movie 'Relation', based on taekwondo, is currently being shown in the Hollywood theatre in Portland in the USA. It is slated to be released in Nepal from June 24.
"It is our duty to motive sportspersons as we are also involved in sports sector," said Maharjan whose 'Maitri Taewando Dojang' bred player Rawal.
She is currently in South Korea for special training for the same. RSS
