Minister Pokharel comes down heavily against trade unions

SIRAHA, July, 2: Minister for Education Giriraj Mani Pokharel on Saturday warned that the disorder in the name of trade unions won’t be acceptable.

SIRAHA, July, 2: Minister for Education Giriraj Mani Pokharel on Saturday warned that the disorder in the name of trade unions won’t be acceptable.



Minister Pokharel, speaking at an interaction in Dhangadi of the district said,” Education Bill has kept the teachers who had been staying at same place for years and creating disorder in reign”.



He also urged the teachers to resign from the working committee of the political parties, adding “Now onwards, teacher can’t be part of a such committee, they need to execute this soon”.



Minister Pokharel also stated that all the private schools will be now registered as a Guthi instead of a private organization.



He said, “We request the schools established in the past to come under Guthi”, warning to take action against those failing to abide by the new rule.
