12 culprits behind Baduwal’s murder made public

KATHMANDU, Dec 6: Police have made public 12 persons accused of involving in the murder of Bhupendra Baduwal, 22, of Lamki Chuha Municipality-1. Baduwal was stabbed to death in a clash between two rival groups at Tikapur in Kailali district on November 9.

KATHMANDU, Dec 6: Police have made public 12 persons accused of involving in the murder of Bhupendra Baduwal, 22, of Lamki Chuha Municipality-1. Baduwal was stabbed to death in a clash between two rival groups at Tikapur in Kailali district on November 9. 


Among the culprits publicized by the police are 23-year-old Mahesh Rawal, 20-year-old Dipendra Shahi, 20-year-old Aryan Devkota, 19-year-old Madan Shahi of Lamki Chuha Municipality-3 and 22-year-old Kapil Shrestha, and 19-year-old Nishant Malla of Lamki Chuha Municipality-1, according to Superintendent of Police Bishwa Adhikari, who is also chief of District Police Office, Kailali.

Similarly, 28-year-old Bikash Khadka of Lamki Chuha Municipality-5, 23-year-old Prabin Rimal, 21-year-old Rohit Ale,  25-year-old Sohan Shah of Tikapur Municipality-1, 25-year-old Lokendra Kunwar of Badragoriya Rural Municipality-2, and 26-year-old Sabin Jung Shahi of Thakur Baba Municipality-3 of Bardiya have also been publicized by the police for their involvement in Baduwal’s murder. 


Among the 21 culprits behind Baduwal’s murder, nine are still on the run from the police. The police are still looking for the culprits.
