In the case registered on Wednesday, actor Shah has been accused of raping the minor with a false promise to marry her. The victim has claimed that Shah had promised to marry her to lure her into the ‘love-affair’.

Earlier, the victim pleaded for help saying that she had been put to injustice by Shah. She met human rights activist Jasmin Ojha last Thursday and pleaded for help to get justice, explaining “the circumstance in which actor Shah had raped” her.

An audio record of the conversation between Ojha and the victim was made public by several media platforms a few days ago. In the course of their conversation, the victim is heard even sharing a brawl she had with another girlfriend of Paul.

However, Paul has alleged that the victim was incited by someone to tarnish his image and harm his career. He has even posted a rather long status on social media to claim that he is innocent.
