FCAN Chair Rabi Singh shared that they could manage job opportunities for three million people if the government provided skill enhancement training to them soon. He argued that the government should ensure good governance and effective Procurement Act so that the private sector could work better.

The merger process of Nepali companies should be made easier and effective, he said, adding that selection of projects was essential to create employment opportunities immediately.

According to him, the home returnees should be involved in development sectors in the country. He said Nepali workers could replace Indian workers if they were trained soon.

Privatization of infrastructure development, road construction, hydropower, housing and other constructions helps create more employment opportunities, he suggests.
