36 health workers of Makwanpur catch COVID-19

BAGMATI, Jan 19: As many as 36 doctors and health workers of a government hospital in Makwanpur have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

PCR tests conducted from last Friday till today saw 36 health workers infected by the deadly virus, according to the Hospital Development Committee Chairman Rajesh Prasain. Among them, four are doctors, 11 nurses and 13 laboratory health workers, and eight staff. 


The hospital administration has requested the people to come to the hospital for treatment only if it is urgent as coronavirus infection is high in Makwanpur.
