KAPILVASTU, Dec 25: A dead body of a man was found near Ramghat Bridge in Kapilvastu on Sunday morning. The body of Gorakhnath Berma, 29, of Kapilvastu Municipality-1 was found on the bank of a river 20 meters west of the bridge.
According to Ward Police Office Taulihawa, Berma had been out of contact since December 21 due to family conflict. He was under stress due to family discord after serving jail term in a polygamy case.

Berma went missing after jumping into the river from the Ramghat Bridge. According to the police, shoe marks and mobile phone used by Berma were also found on the bridge. Berma's body has been taken to Kapilvastu Hospital for post-mortem.
