ACC Premier Cup Cricket: Rainfall affects matches

KATHMANDU, April 24: Match between Nepal and Saudi Arabia under the ACC Premier Cup Cricket has been affected due to bad weather.


The match that was scheduled to take place at 9:00 AM at Mulpani Cricket Ground has not started due to rain.


Ten different countries are participating in the ACC premier cup cricket. The group 'A' comprises host Nepal along with Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman.

Likewise, group B has Bahrain, Kuwait, Singapore, Hong Kong and UAE. Two teams from each group with higher scores would play in the semi-final.


The match between Hong Kong and Bahrain set to take place today at the Kirtipur-based TU Ground has also been affected due to rain.
