It’s a known fact that smoking kills. It is the leading cause of lungs diseases, which damages the airways and small air sacs in the lungs. Lung diseases caused by smoking include COPD, which includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis. Cigarette smoking is also regarded as the leading cause of lung cancer.

It’s not just active smoking that affects the health, but passive smoking is considered more dangerous.  But then the fact is while someone indulge in smoking, the smoke that they inhale is deposited in the alveoli which not only affects the lungs but also creates dark spots, and stain in the fingernails of the smoker. If your fingernails can have such deposits in them,  imagine the damages in your internal organs, and the entire body?

Many believe that active smokers are less affected as compared to passive smokers. The fact is that active smokers are more likely to inhale smoke in all ways.
