KATHMANDU, July 19: Agricultural Development Bank Ltd (ADBL) has re-appointed Ace Capital as its share registrar.
Issuing a statement, the merchant bank said that the ADBL decided to again appoint it to work as its share registrar.
According to the statement, ADBL CEO Lila Prakash Sitaula and Ace Capital's Managing Director Purna Chandra Dahal signed the agreement amid a ceremony held recently.
