Nepali fashion industry is infant —gradually adopting authentic fashionable textile. People are ordering branded products like Gucci, Armani and other internationally acclaimed brands. This is a good news for the fashion industry. However, in-depth, our money is going out of the country, which affects Nepal’s economy.

So, the question is, can Nepal become independent in the fashion realm? For the moment, it is ‘Mission Possible.’ A country widely known for trekking and mountain climbing can hardly manufacture

quality and stylish product. It is still insecure to invest in the fashion industry. Moreover, even the natives barely trust the local products.  They are skeptical while purchasing   Nepali brands in term of style and quality.

Amidst such unfavorable situation, Ashutosh Aggarwal, the CEO of The Regal Inc—a branded outlet, is taking a risk.  Commencing operation two months ago at Durbar Marg, the outlet's main goal is to uplift the fashion industry of Nepal, mainly the quality and style.
