The students will stay for approximately three months during their internship period in Nepal, where they will receive valuable experience from different departments and learn about Nepali working culture and hospitality.

"Streamlining the international students into our property would be an exceptional opportunity for culturally immersive professional experiences and outsourcing innovation and inspirations so that we could counter the existing gap for human capital development in the hospitality and tourism sector. In addition, we wish to showcase to the world that Nepalese hospitality is second to none, as well as highlight the rich culture of this amazing country," the statement quotes Vikram Singh, the General Manager of Aloft Kathmandu Thamel as saying.

The program highlights the importance of cross-cultural exchange and the power of partnerships in promoting educational and cultural development.
