Ambassador Paudyal meets Mongolian ministers

KATHMANDU, April 27: Nepali Ambassador to China and Mongolia, Leela Mani Paudyal, met Mongolian Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs B Battsetseg and Minister for Environment and Tourism D Oyunkhorol at their respective offices on Wednesday.

KATHMANDU, April 27: Nepali Ambassador to China and Mongolia, Leela Mani Paudyal, met Mongolian Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs B Battsetseg and Minister for Environment and Tourism D Oyunkhorol at their respective offices on Wednesday.

According to Embassy of Nepal in Beijing, Ambassador Paudyal discussed matters of mutual interest with deputy foreign minister focusing on the implementation of agreements reached between Nepal and Mongolia during the visit of Mongolian Foreign Affairs Minister Tsend Munkh-Orgil to Nepal in December, 2016.


Likewise, Ambassador Paudyal discussed about bilateral economic co-operations in the area of tourism, culture, people-to-people contacts and climate change during his meeting with Mongolian Minister Oyunkhorol. According to the Embassy in Beijing, the ambassador invited Oyunkhorol to visit Nepal at her convenient time and she replied affirmatively expressing her strong desire to visit Lumbini, the birthplace of Shakyamuni Buddha.
