KATHMANDU, June 23: The student union close to the main opposition CPN (UML) - All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU) - has launched a special election campaign in Tarai districts.
The second phase local level election is taking place in Province Nos. 1, 5 and 7 on June 28.

According to ANNFSU secretary RC Lamichhane, the campaign was organized aimed at making the people aware of the UML's policy and programmes, specially targeted to the Tarai.
Lamichhane argued that the campaign further will aware the people regarding UML's role in drafting the constitution and championing the nationalistic policy adopted during the Indian border blockade on Nepal.
The organization will also launch a door-to-door campaign in Tarai districts. RSS
