KATHMANDU, Sept 14: Apollo Tyres Ltd has launched its Industrial Tires -- off-highway tires -- in the Nepal market.
"Apollo's industrial tires are engineered for toughest conditions and have attained product superiority across global geographies by providing lowest CPH and minimum downtime to end users," the company said in a statement, adding that it has appointed Arrow International, Birgunj, as its sole distributor for this range.
The company has manufacturing units in India and the Netherlands.
Apollo Tyres recently acquired REIFEN.Com -- a German tire distribution company.
Apollo Tyres Ltd is doing business in Nepal for the past 15 years.
But the growth started five years ago when it partnered with Arrow International -- an Atma Ram Kabra Group company, according to the statement.
