The APF headquarters said it decided to transfer the SPs by giving priority to those who have not got the responsibility of command yet. Those who commanded the reserve units and training schools were given second priority, APF sources said.
SSP Purushottam Thapa, spokesperson for the Armed Police Force, said that those who had commanded in the past were given less priority while transferring them.
