There are a few ways of mastering the art of communication. For shy people, facing a mass can be a daunting task.  It can be difficult for them to express their views in public. The fear of speaking in public is called glossophobia. You can overcome this fear by talking to yourself in the mirror or speaking in front of people who are close to you. It might seem difficult at first, but slowly this fear can be conquered.

There are many now successful people who suffered from this fear but with hard work and years of practice, they overcame their fear.
