Bajhang-1 by election: UML leads again

KATHMANDU, April 29: CPN-UML has again taken the lead in the provincial assembly by-election of Bajhang.


UML's Daman Bahadur Bhandari has maintained the lead by 9 votes.

Bhandari garnered 9,889 votes while Abhishek Bahadur Singh of Nepali Congress secured 9,880 votes.


In third place, Janak Budha of the Maoist Center received 3,663 votes and Dil Bahadur Singh of the United Socialist got 2,405 votes.
