Banks’ online services suspended for five hours

KATHMANDU, June 10: All online banking services were suspended starting from 1 AM today due to ongoing upgrades to the Fonepay system, which manages payments.

KATHMANDU, June 10: All online banking services were suspended starting from 1 AM today due to ongoing upgrades to the Fonepay system, which manages payments.

According to the statements from various banks, all online services, including QR transfers and fund transfers, were unavailable from 1 AM to 5 PM for data upgrades. The online services were resumed as usual after 5 AM.
