KATHMANDU, March 29: The office of Bibeksheel Sajha Party in Bakhundole has been closed owing to a dispute between two factions of the party. At present, a large number of security personnel have been deployed on the party office premises.
After the dispute escalated, the Central Office Management Department issued a notice and closed the office immediately. Party spokesperson Sharad Raj Pathak said that Nepal Police was providing security at the office to control possible damage.

The Bibeksheel Sajha Party had obstructed a dissident group led by Nirdesh Silwal after he started holding a press conference at the party office. The dissident group saying that Rabindra Mishra was trying to move the party forward unilaterally has intensified parallel rallies in recent days. The dissident group claims to have a majority in its favor.
Amidst these claims, tensions erupted after the dissident group was not allowed to enter the press conference hall of the party office.
