Bidya Bhattarai of CPN-UML wins from Kaski-2

KASKI, Nov 24: CPN-UML's candidate Bidya Bhattarai has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Kaski-2. She won by securing 16,998 votes.

KASKI, Nov 24: CPN-UML's candidate Bidya Bhattarai has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Kaski-2. She won by securing 16,998 votes.

Her nearest rival, Madhav Prasad Kandel of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party got 12,495 votes.


Srinath Baral of CPN (United Socialist), who was a candidate from the ruling alliance, trailed behind Kandel  with  9,659 votes.
