Bijaya Dashami this year sees increased activities in the capital

The surge in activity can be attributed to fewer people leaving the city. Warnings about the damage caused by floods and landslides to several roads leading out of the capital, following heavy rainfall a week before Ghatasthapana, contributed to this trend.

The surge in activity can be attributed to fewer people leaving the city. Warnings about the damage caused by floods and landslides to several roads leading out of the capital, following heavy rainfall a week before Ghatasthapana, contributed to this trend. With fewer travelers departing, the streets have experienced an uptick in local activity.

With the increase in activity in the capital, more public and private vehicles were seen on the roads. Traffic Police Office also reported that there were more vehicles on the streets this year compared to previous years.
