Bishwakarma released, rearrested

KATHMANDU, Aug 23: Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma, spokesperson of Netra Bikram Chand-led NCP has been arrested for the third time from the premises of Supreme Court on Thursday. He has been arrested for his alleged involvement in bomb incident in Bhojpur.

Earlier, Supreme Court (SC) had issued an order to release Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma on Thursday. A joint bench of justice duo Kedar Prasad Chalise and Purushottam Bhandari ordered to release Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma on the presence of the registrar of the apex court.


However, police arrested Bishwakarma shortly after his release. Prior to this, Bishwakarma was arrested twice for an organized crime to torch a crusher industry and for his alleged involvement on donation drive from the business persons.
