ILAM, April 15: Unidentified group exploded a bomb at assembly hall of Chula Chuli rural municipality of the district. The explosion damaged windows and parts of roof.
According to the rural municipality’s chairperson, Pradip Chandra Rai, the group had hurled bomb at the building’s roof at around 8 PM. “We were adding a storey. The explosion has carved a small hole in the roof,” Rai said adding that they were unaware with the reason of explosion.
