The new introduction comes from the kitchen of Chef Krishna Hari Ghimire. He says, “Traditionally, buffalo wings are tossed with hot sauce. But, I don’t coat hot sauce since everybody is not fond of spicy,”

The American Buffalo wings are spicier than most American dishes which breaks the stereotype and suits the Nepali taste preference.
