KATHMANDU, Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration Lal Babu Pandit has said that his ministry has prioritized ‘Prosperous Nepal and Happy Nepali’, a goal set by the incumbent government.

Answering the questions raised by lawmakers over  the Appropriation Bill at the Federal Parliament today, Minister Pandit said that the budget has been allocated focusing on sustainable development  and quality service delivery to achieve the set goal.

Due to sluggish habits of the civil servants, it has been difficult to bring reforms in the administrative sector, said Pandit, adding, “I am rendering my efforts to make it effective.”
