KATHMANDU, March 13: At present the country has a general influence of westerly winds. In some parts of the hilly areas of the country, the weather is partly cloudy to normal, while the weather in the rest of the country is partly cloudy to generally clear.
Rainfall likely in hilly areas of the country today
According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, on Monday afternoon, the weather will be generally clear in the hilly areas of the country with partial to normal change and in the rest of the country, the weather will be clear. There is a chance of thunder and lightning at a few places in the hilly areas of the country, accompanied by light rain.
Similarly, there is a possibility of temporary light rain with thunder and lightning at one or two places in the hilly areas of Gandaki, Karnali and Far Western provinces tonight.
