The announcement to restrict the movement of government vehicles is a part of its ongoing battle against the government's brutalities on the NCP leaders and cadres in the recent days, the party stated.

However, the party has not made it clear whether the ban will be applicable only to the mid-western region or the entire country. In the statement, Birjung has refuted media reports on talks between the government and the NCP.
