KATHMANDU, Nov 19: A minor was killed and five others were seriously injured when a pickup van (Ga 2 Cha 5980) crashed at Burtibang in Baglung district on Friday.
The minor killed in the accident has been identified as John Sirpali, 8, of Tamankhola in the district. Similarly, the injured have been identified as Narakitav Sunar, 58, Bishnu Prasad Sapkota, 30, Sakreni Gharti, 47, Naramala Gharti, 50, Levindra Kunwar, 48 and Akash Gharti of Dhorpatan Municipality.

The injured are currently undergoing treatment at a local health facility, according to Police Inspector Jayaram Wanta.
