KATHMANDU, March 29: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority has filed a case against officer of the National Investigation Department, Bimal Khadka, at the Special Court on the charge of submitting fake academic certificate while joining the government service.
In a press statement on Friday, the anti-graft body accused Khadka of submitting the fake academic certificate of the Intermediate Level from Bihar School Examination Board, Patna.

Acting on the complaint, the CIAA filed the case against the accused in accordance with the Anti-Corruption Act 2017 and Anti-Corruption Act 2059 demanding punishment.
