RUPANDEHI, March 9: Province 5 Chief Minister Shankar Pokharel has extended best wishes to all Nepalis at home and abroad on the occasion of the Holi or Fagu Poornima, the festival of colors, today.
In a message of best wishes today, the Chief Minister said this festival has contributed to further consolidating mutual goodwill, bond and unity in the society.
