'Come together to save country from plunging into crisis'

POKHARA, Oct 1: Minister for Urban Development Arjun Narsingh KC has stressed the need for all political parties to stand together to save the country from getting into crisis.

POKHARA, Oct 1: Minister for Urban Development Arjun Narsingh KC has stressed the need for all political parties to stand together to save the country from getting into crisis. 



Addressing an interaction on 'democratic socialism perspective on Nepal's reconstruction', he urged all political forces to end current political problems by bringing the protesting United Democratic Madhesi Front to a consensus through constitution amendment. 



He also expressed worries that the country maybe left without constitution and the constitution could not be implemented in case the elections of all three tiers could not take place within the stipulated time by January 2018. 



"We all are in the same boat. We all sink together if the boat meets with an accident. In case this happens, all national and international maneuvering elements will excite when Nepali people are abound to face additional challenges" he said. 



Saying the constitution is a document that could be amended, he emphasized the need for all to join hands to give the country a way out by amending articles except the ones that would incite ethnic and geographical divisions in the country. 



Also speaking at the program were Nepali Congress former General Secretary Taranath Ranabhat, central members Jiban Pariyar and Guru Ghimire. RSS
